About Emma Pretorius
Emma commenced her work at the National Health Co-op as a registered psychologist in 2018, following extensive work experience and training at Queanbeyan Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Service, The Canberra Hospital’s Paediatrics Clinic, and Calvary Hayden Retirement Community.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Emma practiced as a registered psychologist at NSW Health.
Emma is experienced in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. She has experience working in community mental health settings as well as private practice.
Emma obtained her Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Canberra.
