About Beth Gunningham
Beth commenced her work at the National Health Co-op as a registered psychologist in 2018, following extensive work experience and training at headspace Queanbeyan, PeopleSense, and Calvary Public Hospital’s Adult Mental Health and Older Person’s Mental Health Units.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Beth practiced as a Youth Mental Health Worker at headspace Queanbeyan.
Beth has trained in clinical therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has worked with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
Beth obtained her Master of Clinical Psychology degree from the Australian National University in Canberra.
