Getting to the NHC Kippax (Holt) Medical Centre
The NHC Kippax is based in the Kippax Fair Shopping Centre at Kippax Shops, directly opposite The Coffee Club. As it’s a larger shopping complex there is a lot of available parking, with the R2, 40, 44 and 45 buses stopping nearby if you’re arriving via public transport.

Dr Adenike Balogun
Adenike commenced her work at the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2017, following extensive work experience and training in Nigeria.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Adenike practiced as a GP at Oke Ado Hospital in Nigeria.
Adenike obtained her medical degree from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Nigeria. She obtained a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney, Australia. Adenike also holds an AMC certificate.

Dr Saheed Jimoh
Dr Saheed commenced his work at the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2017. Following extensive work experience and training at University of Lagos, Nigeria and University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Saheed practiced as a General Practitioner at the Department of Health in South Africa.
Saheed obtained his medical degree from the University of Lagos in Nigeria.
Saheed is also a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Bright Odubenu
Bright commenced his work at the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2018, following extensive work experience and training in Nigeria and Grenada.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Bright practiced as a General Practitioner in Nigeria and in the Caribbean.
Bright obtained his medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt in Nigeria. He is also a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Kingsley Okolie
Kingsley commenced his employment with the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2011, following extensive work experience and training in Nigeria and West Indies.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Dr. Kingsley practiced as a family and emergency physician at Alexandra Hospital, Nevis, in West Indies.
Kingsley obtained his medical degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria, where he graduated as valedictorian of the Faculty of Medicine. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Diabetes and Endocrinology from William Harvey Institute, Queen Mary University, London. In addition to this he has completed his MRCP (UK) certificate (SCE) in Diabetes & Endocrinology and is also a member of the Endocrine Society of Australia.
Kingsley is also a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds an AMC certificate.
AREAS OF PARTICULAR INTEREST: Aged Care, Diabetes Education and Management. Please note that Kingsley doesn’t perform Skin Checks, these are best booked with another practitioner.
Dr Lakshika Wijemanna
Dr Lakshika is currently on extended leave.
Lakshika commenced her work at the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2013, following extensive work experience and training in Sri Lanka.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Lakshika practiced as a Medical Officer in Sri Lanka.
Lakshika obtained her medical degree from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka.
Lakshika is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds an AMC certificate. Lakshika has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program, certificate in skin cancer surgery and certificate in clinical procedures with Healthcert Australia .
AREAS OF PARTICULAR INTEREST: Mental Health, Paediatrics, Women’s Health, Skin Checks, Chronic Disease Management.
Sam Payne
Sam commenced his work at the National Health Co-op as a Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist in August 2017.
Sam obtained a Bachelor of Human Movement (Exercise Rehabilitation) undergraduate degree at Charles Stuart University in 2008 and completed a Master of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Canberra in 2011. He also completed a Graduate Certificate of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University in 2015, and has worked as both a Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist within Canberra and the Mid-North Coast for over 6 years.
Sam has extensive experience managing and treating various problems including back and neck pain, lumbo-pelvic pain, sports injuries and migraine / headaches. He is trained in spinal physiotherapy, dry needling, clinical pilates, kinesiology taping, exercise prescription and specialised migraine headache physiotherapy.
