Getting to the NHC Chisholm Medical Centre
Our Chisholm clinic is located in South Canberra, servicing the suburbs of Chisholm, Gilmore, Gowrie, Macarthur and the broader Tuggeranong area. The medical centre is at the Chisholm Shops, near Vikings and the Chisholm Village Shopping Centre. The 72, 74, 75, 75, 78 and 182 bus routes all pass directly by our clinic.
Parking is available on site and there is a Capital Chemist at the shopping centre.

Our team at the NHC Chisholm medical practice includes 3 GPs, a Psychologist, a practice nurse and onsite pathology. As well as general health, our team has expertise in a range of areas including:

Dr Ramya Ramasamy
Ramya commenced her employment with the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2015 following extensive work experience and training at various hospitals and private clinics in India.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Ramya practiced as a General Practitioner at a private clinic in Tamil Nadu, India.
Ramya obtained her medical degree from the Madras Medical College in Chennai, India. She obtained her further qualification of Diploma in Child Health from Westmead Children’s Hospital, Sydney. Ramya also holds an AMC certificate.
Dr Eugene Tshibangu
Eugene commenced his employment with the National Health Co-op as a registered General Practitioner in 2013, following extensive work experience and training in Central and Southern Africa.
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Eugene practiced as a family physician and medical manager in South Africa.
Eugene obtained his medical degree from the University of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics in South Africa, and a Master’s Degree in Family Medicine from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Eugene has also completed a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine from the Skin Cancer College Australasia. Eugene is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Scott Mills
Dr Scott Mills commenced his work at the National Health Co-op as a registered GP registrar in 2021.
Scott graduated from ANU in 2013, and has trained at Canberra and Calvary Hospitals. He has completed a Masters in Public Health and Emergency Medicine.
Scott has three young children, and enjoys reading, writing and hiking.
Dr Yifang Wu
Prior to joining the National Health Co-op, Yifang practiced as a general practitioner registrar at Queanbeyan GP Super Clinic.
Yifang obtained her medical degree from the Australian National University in Canberra.
Natalie Evans
Natalie obtained her psychology degree from Deakin University. She obtained her Masters from University of Sydney and has undertaken further training in a number of psychologically specific treatments, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Telehealth is a great way to get medical advice from the comfort of your own home. Due to the pandemic, there are certain patients who we strongly advise not to attend the clinic in person. Please book for Telehealth if you have;
