27th June, 2017Diabetes Awareness Info Session
Diabetes is a serious and complex condition affecting approximately 1.2 million Australians. It is a condition that requires daily care, and as such, successful management of diabetes requires regular check-ups. That’s why it’s important to complete an annual diabetes cycle of care which would allow you, your nurse and your GP to identify and manage any health concerns.
The National Health Co-op is pleased to offer a free information session about the diabetes cycle of care to our members and their guests. If you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or are a carer for someone with diabetes, we encourage you to attend.
