We request that all appointment cancellations are made prior to 8.45am on the day of the appointment. For Saturday and Sunday appointments, cancellations must be made prior to 9.00am. If the cancellation is after the aforementioned timeframe you may be subject to a fee. If you fail to attend your appointment, you may be subject to a ‘Did Not Attend’ fee.

These fees are not rebateable through Medicare, and you will be unable to access our services until they are paid.
