Barnardos Youth Homeless Program
Barnardos are committed to the health and prosperity of young people in our region, providing housing, educational and counselling services to kids in need.
Brian Hennessy Rehab Centre
Brian Hennessy Rehabilitation Centre is an inpatient facility that provides a recovery focused model of care within a rehabilitation setting. Companion House
Companion House work with adults and children who have sought safety in Australia from persecution, torture and war related trauma. Their services include counselling, medical and migration advice.
Domestic Violence Crisis Service
For over thirty years, the Domestic Violence Crisis Service has been providing emergency and long-term support, advice, domestic violence resources, and services.
Doris Women’s Refuge
Provides outreach support to women and children in crisis and surviving domestic/family violence. Support includes advocacy, mediation, referrals and court support.
Junction Youth Health Service
The Junction Youth Health Service provides free primary health care and support services to young people aged 12 to 25, along with their dependent children. Their clinic in Civic is complemented by ours in suburban locations.
Justice Health Services
Justice Health Services provides mental and physical healthcare to those in corrective services. This extends to those who are at risk of incarceration and those who are transitioning back into society.
Karinya House for Mothers and Babies
For over 22 years, Karinya House has provided immediate support for women who are pregnant or have new babies and have nowhere else to turn. They provide safe housing, casework, support during pregnancy and birth and connections to health, welfare, legal, educational and financial services.
Red Cross Humanitarian Settlement Program
The Red Cross work with the Government to help new migrants during their first 12 months in the ACT. This includes setting up their homes, accessing public services, linguistic help and employment services.
Richmond Fellowship
The Richmond Fellowship has been offering services to disadvantaged Canberrans since 1976. They extend a range of services to NDIS patients including Supported Independent Living, Support Coordination, and Peer Mentoring.
Salvation Army Oasis Youth Emergency Accommodation Network
Oasis Youth Support Network provides 24-hour emergency accommodation for young people at four locations across the ACT. There is staff on-site at all times who work alongside the young people to build trust, help them to access and attend appropriate services and ensure that they are supported as they work towards sourcing long-term, stable accommodation.

ActewAGL
ActewAGL is the Canberra Region’s local energy provider and has been committed to those who live here for over 100 years. Our relationship with ActewAGL began in 2018 and since then, through great work and support we have become ActewAGL’s ‘company doctor’.
The NHC provides services to ActewAGL employees in the ACT across multiple departments including Icon Water and Evoenergy. We provide healthcare support for workplace injury management with hundreds of appointments across several NHC Clinics. We are proud to be working alongside imaging and pathology providers in the ACT to perform regular workplace health monitoring such as asbestos and lead testing for ActewAGL employees.

Salvation Army Oasis Youth Emergency Accommodation Network

The NHC provides free membership to youth who are seeking support through the Emergency Accommodation program, allowing them to access free healthcare at any of our clinics.

We work closely with the ACT Government Justice Health Services and provide free healthcare to young people who have been recently released from detention and rehabilitation centres providing them with support in their return to the community.
